Diet Update

Today I weigh 14 stone 6lbs.

The total measurement of my Biceps, Waist, hips and thighs is 158".

So far I have lost 8 lbs and 4" in total.

The Diet I am using is from The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferris

I'll talk more about the specifics of the diet and how I am finding it later in the week.
